We are located in the heart of Grandview and would love to care for your pup! First things first: SAFETY! Would you let your child have a multi-day sleepover without first meeting the family they’re staying with? Neither would we, which is why we don’t accept stays without conducting a meet and greet! Take comfort in knowing that we only accept one dog (or dog family) during the week for overnight stays, and no more than three on the weekends. Your fur baby will be given individualized attention and cared for like one of our own and have the same love and attention you show them when they are at home. :) We are committed to treating all dogs like family in this household! My wife and I have two dogs of our own, Max, a three year old, forty pound Labrador retriever mix who we rescued from the Guilford County Animal Shelter and Milton, a one-year old Chocolate lab. Fear not if you have a large dog that can be overpowering--I am a large and able-bodied young man and have experience caring for, walking, playing, and feeding large dogs like Bullmastiffs, Saint Bernards and Great Danes. :) Dogs will find consummate playmates in Max, Milton, me and my wife. Our home is full of compassion and caring for your furry friend/s as if they were our own. We have a privacy fence and HUGE yard in Grandview so don't worry about your pup having plenty of space to play. Your pup will ALWAYS have access to fresh water whether they are inside or outside. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and some of my fondest memories as a child are playing with my two black lab/beagle mixes in my backyard. I often remember stepping in dog poop and my mom not allowing me to come inside until it was cleaned off. :) Meet my pets I have two dogs, Max and Milton. Max is a beautiful and very loving 5 year old Labrador retriever mix. Milton is a 3 year old Chocolate lab who adores other dogs. About my yard My backyard is a little more than a tenth of an acre. We have a 7ft tall privacy fence with locked entrances to deter unwanted visitors. There are trees in our backyard that provide an abundance of shade for hot summer days. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medication. **Our drop in visits and house sitting rate are based on folks within 5 miles of us. We may consider pups located further away for an additional charge.**
