Darrell and his wife were great with my dog, who is a bit quirky. He was nice and tired when I picked him up and looked like he'd really settled into hanging with them at their place. They were accommodating and communicative and I'd recommend booking them.

Every once in a while life doesn't go as planned. A family emergency required me to be away from my fur babies for several months. Not only was I blessed to have Darrell taking care of them but they were blessed also. Darrell took the two very spoiled dogs on such fun daily walks that they were even more rotten when I got home than they had been before I left! Darrell stayed with them in our home, which he treated like it was his very own. Although he's more fond of dogs than cats, he took amazing care of my two kitties also. When I say amazing that's not an exaggeration. He was present every step of the way through my frail 16 year old's end of life when I could not be. He showed her and me unconditional love and compassionate care. He also tended to the special needs of my 8 year old cat without ever complaining about the extra work ahe required. I've had pets all my life and have never felt as comfortable with any other pet walker or sitter as I have with Darrell. He's truly special.
