Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Darian and I've recently moved to the Wichita area. Since I was little, I have always had an animal in my household. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Pet hair does not bother me one bit. I am a former Shift Lead with PetSmart in the Pets Hotel which was in Overland Park, KS and my grandma is currently a dog groomer. I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to animals and I provide a more holistic care with my fur babies. As a shift leader at PetSmart I learned a lot about animals, dogs in particular. Dogs are very similar to humans and have their own personalities. I administered medications if needed. I was also in charge of feeding, bathing, nail trims, monitoring behaviors and bowel movements. My animals are incredibly spoiled. I provide a more holistic approach for my fur babies. They get human food instead of kibble. We go for walks and play fetch when the weather is accommodating.

Ahead of time I would like to know if your animal has had any history of aggression towards other dogs, cats, or kids? Is your pup potty trained? Does your pup tear things up frequently? Is your pup food and/or toy aggressive? Does your pup have excessive barking issues? Does your pup have separation anxiety? Does your pup pull strongly on the leash? Have you done any sort of training classes with you pup? (this way I know what commands and words you use) (ex: "off" "leave it") Does your pup have an allergies? (ex: chicken, beef)
A typical day
I love taking my pups to dog parks. Dog parks would be a must on a nice day or a walk around the neighborhood to release energy. I also take my dogs on quite a few Starbucks runs for pup cups.
