Pet care experience
I love dogs and cats equally, and have taken care of numerous pets for the past 5 years while I was living in Chicago. I was an active volunteer with PAWS Chicago and have fostered kittens for them. But mostly, I have taken care of a lot of my friends' pets while they're away - from small dogs to big dogs, kittens to special needs cats. I just moved to Cambridge and would love to give your pet all the love and attention!

Daphne was amazing! I was a little worried having never used Rover before but I felt super comfortable with Daphne watching Anna. I got plenty of texts and pictures during my trip and new she was in good hands.
Daphne took such loving care of my three cats… all with very different personalities. All went according to schedule, lots of reassuring photos and an immaculate house and happy kitties on my return. She is wonderful!!!
Daphne was great! Sent lots of updates and photos. Terrific to find someone used to a kitty inhaler too, which our cat needs

I have dog and cat toys, and plenty of blankets but I do ask to bring one or two of your pet's favorite belonging to help them feel extra comfy during their stay. Availability
My office is 1 mile away and I have flexible working hours. I can easily manage my schedule with pet care, and I have experience taking care of special needs dogs (anxiety) and cats (asthma). I can provide medication as necessary, and I am happy to follow any specific instructions you may have (i.e. take to a dog park / no to dog parks; walks vs. runs; no furniture is off limits but I can keep your pet trained and off furniture if preferred).
