I am currently working freelance marketing and picking up side work here and there. I have relatively open availability for dog walks and check-ins with your fur babies! I am not taking on any new clients for overnight stays where I have to sleep at the owner's house at the moment. However, I usually wake up around 6am and can come over first thing in the AM and also be there later in the evening, around 10pm at the latest for any stays where the pets are okay in the home alone overnight.

As long as I am given all necessary information on the schedules for feeding, potty needs, walks, any medication that may need to be given, etc. for me to be successful at caring for your pet, then I can do that. If you simply need me to drop by for potty breaks and play time, then an estimated schedule for that is beneficial.

Let me know if there are any behaviors I need to know about ahead of time. For example, if you know your dog pulls on walks or if I should except a big jumpy greeting (I'm used to it from my German Shepherd, but it's good to know what to expect!) I'll also need to know critical information like if your dog needs medication and when to administer, tips and tricks that might work for your dog if you know it's fussy about certain things, etc. As long as I know something, I can work with it!
A typical day
Dogs will get a chance to go for walks, play fetch or tug of war, and receive cuddle time. If I notice your dog has a lot of energy it needs let out, we may go for a slightly longer walk or take a light jog. I want to be sure your dogs are getting healthy exercise when needed and some calm down time as well.

I have cared for my own dogs since we got my oldest dog 14 years ago that recently passed. My oldest dog was a crazy mutt that we believe was mixed with yellow lab and chihuahua, and I cared for her as she began to get arthritic and needed more assistance with getting on her feet and such. I also have experience with more "aggressive" dog breeds because I also have a 3 year old German Shepherd that we got as a puppy and have trained. I have dog sat a purebred Cane Corso/Italian Mastiff. I've also interacted frequently with black labs. I also have experience with cats of all ages and sizes (I currently own 4 cats aged 3-16 years of age).

She cared for our two cats over the Christmas holiday, visiting twice and administering oral medicine that had to be given on a regular schedule. We just moved to the area, and it is always stressful to find a new pet sitter. Our cat usually hides, but Danyelle managed to make some sort of contact with him everyday. I highly recommend her.
