I am Liberty University student, who is looking opportunities to make some extra pocket change and to meet some new friends (dogs). I have volunteered over 60 hours at the Lynchburg Humane Society and loved walking them and experiencing their different personalities. I have two dogs and a cat at home. I personally potty and electric-fenced trained one of my two dogs from back home. I would love to pick up or drop off your pets from different appointments or take them out for the day and go on hikes. I do have my own method of transportation and I have a very flexible schedule. I have on my profile that I would prefer a three-day notice, but if you want me to do a simple pick up or drop off, a 24-hour notice would be just fine. I usually respond quite quickly to texts and calls. A typically day for a walk would be walking along the sidewalk or, with permission, of course, to go on hikes. I would like to meet the animals I would be working with before I accept the job offer. This extra caution is due to the safety of myself and as well as to build a foundation of trust between me and the animals and their owners. I am constantly learning more about the proper care and training of dogs and I think my experience with my dogs and the dogs and cats of the Lynchburg Humane Society have provided me with adequate knowledge that will create a very fun, safe, and respectable working relationship between me and any job offer that may come its way.
