Working with animals honestly doesn’t feel like I’m working because I really enjoy meeting and interacting with animals. I worked at a dog day care where I learned to observe animal behavior, work with large groups of dogs, and to monitor for signs of stress, illness, etc. After that I enlisted in the Army at 19 from there I gained a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. After I was honorably discharged I worked at many different animals hospitals working my way up to a Vet tech. I gained knowledge in animal CPR, administrating oral and injectable medications, checking blood sugar, wound care, and working with handicap animals. I’ve worked with animals big and small, super friendly or a bit shy, really active or getting up there in age. What ever the challenge is I can handle it and will enjoy doing it! **Important** House sitting- I can collect mail, newspapers, and take out the trash for no additional fee. No fee for administering medication. Other household tasks can be negotiated. Drop in visits- 20 minute walk weather permitting and ten minutes of play etc. (can be tweaked to suit the needs of your dog)
