I was very disappointed with the care and communication I experienced with Danielle. This was a very last minute request due to family being stuck out of town so initially I was extremely grateful that she was able to house sit. Danielle was supposed to come at 9 pm on the first night. I already walked and fed the dogs so she just needed to play a bit with one dog. The next day she told me she had to work early but would be back at 11 to walk the dogs and stay with them until approximately 4 pm. The following day I was out of town for work and noticed that it was past 2 pm and she had not been back to walk the dogs. I texted her several times before I received a response. She told me that she had a sick family member and was unable to come over at 11. I understand that things happen but if she would have communicated with me I could have made other arrangements. She ended up coming at 3:20 and did a 30 minute walk and left after a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes. When she left she didn’t give water to the dogs and they were so thirsty when my husband got home. Them lack of communication and care caused this to be a very stressful day at work. I will not use her again.

Danielle is so awesome as a host for Oodles. Oodles felt at home and didn't even complain when we left her. We will be using Danielle again for longer next time. Thanks Danielle!
