Pet care experience
Aloha! My name is Danielle and I’ve lived in Kailua my entire life. My husband and I are currently parents to a cat (Olivia) and handicapped rescue Pit Bull (Benjamin), and they are the loves of our lives. Our fur babies never spend a full day alone, and i would like to help make sure yours don't either. I have always had family pets and have always loved spending time with animals. I first started working with animals in 2015 at an animal shelter, which is how we got our Ben and Olivia! I’ve been walking dogs and pet sitting since April 2017, and have experience working with blind and deaf dogs. My goal is to always make sure your pet is happy, comfortable and safe. Danielle is great! She cared for our 2 cats while we were away for 4 days. She sent pictures and gave them lots of play time, and followed their odd eating habits since each cat is on a prescription diet. Didnt worry much if the cats were alright, great peace of mind

Danielle house sat for the day while we were on the other side of the island. As soon as my husband and I met her we felt at ease knowing our pup would be well taken care of. She was responsive to my texts and kept me updated all day with photos! Would recommend her and will definitely hire again in the future :) Mahalo nui loa!

I don't have a breed/size/age preference. I'd like to know if your pet has any special needs (anxiety issues, allergies, etc.) and if they are good with other animals/strangers.
A typical day
In your home, I’m happy to do whatever your dog needs. I can stay on your property or go out into the neighborhood. If your dog is low energy, we can take a slow walk and smell the trees. If your dog prefers to run or play, we can do that too! I can work with your pet's needs after meeting them. If your dog stays at my house, they will be treated as our own with Benjamin. This includes playtime in the yard multiple times a day and/or walks in the beach park. We prefer to let the dogs be free in the house while we are home and away, but can separate the pets by putting them in separate rooms or crates when we leave the house.
