While we had to cancel at the last minute, I want to relay our experience. Often, it's not the pet (or child) but the mom/dad who are the most difficult to deal with. That was me. I wasn't precisely sure when we needed care. Danielle was very patient - which of course, suggested she would be patient with Apollo, too. She even altered her schedule to accommodate us once we decided on a time. When our plans changed again, I had to at least ask if she could meet earlier which I knew was not reasonable. Her response was even more on target - although a kind no - it demonstrated her sense of responsibility to others and being clear on what she could do. That's really important. We would definitely contact Danielle in the future.
