Pet care experience
I don't remember a time in my life where I haven't owned a dog. I've had everything from one dog to five dogs of all different breeds. I currently have two beagles and a chihuahua and they are my best friends. I have dog sat many times before for family, friends, rover clients, as well as people I have met through my university's job listings. Some of the dogs I have cared for include large labs and retrievers as well as small toy dogs-and I love them all! I am currently a full time graduate student studying Genetic Counseling. Because of this, I now live away from my own pets back in Colorado, and so I am in dire need of spending quality time with dogs! :)

Dani has been an excellent dog sitter for us. She's been very reliable and the dogs love her. We left her with some complicated feeding and snack routines that she was able to manage easily. We liked that she responded quickly to our frequent texts asking how our pups were doing. She's the first person we ask when looking to have someone watch our dogs when we travel away from home.
Dani is a great dog sitter! Whenever I go out of town I always ask her to watch my chiweenie. I don't always have time to take him on long walks but he loves them. She follows all my instructions and goes beyond. She takes him for runs and sends me lots of pictures of Joey (very important!) He is a pretty skittish dog but he feels very comfortable around her. It's important to have a fellow dog lover watching my dog when I'm away. Completely recommend her!

I would like to know how social your dog is and how it acts around food. Do they get aggressive if I get too close while they eat? I prefer social dogs who can go on walks without barking at other animals/chasing after them.
A typical day
With Colorado as our playing ground, I will take dogs on walks through neighborhoods, parks, and nearby hiking trails. Other than walks, I'll play your dog's favorite game whether it be fetch, tug of war, or just good old belly rubs.
