Kyle and I first started on Rover, as a side gig to help bring in some extra money for our upcoming wedding. But now, this has become a passion that we have absolutely fallen in love with. Our goal is to create D&K Pet Stays as an actual business, and for this to become our main job. When you book with D&K Pet Stays, you are essentially adding two new members to your family. We will treat your furry friend as if they were our own! We pride ourselves in our love for all animals, and it shows! Kyle and I have been taking care of animals since we were little kids. Kyle has had dogs all of his life, and I have been watching people’s animals for atleast 11 years. We have watched all sorts of animals, cats, birds, fish, rats, snakes, eels, goats, you name it, I am sure we have watched them! We have two Great Dane puppies of our own, so we are very familiar with puppies and the craziness that comes with them! We have watched many elderly dogs as well, and administered oral medication. Kyle and I work opposite schedules, bummer for us, but great for our clients! Working opposite schedules allows D&K Pet Stays to ensure your furry friend is well taken care of. There will always be someone home in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and one of us will stay the night as well. We typically flip flop who will be staying, as we do like to spend time with our fur babies at home as well. The longest your pets will be home alone would be 5 hours, we always do our best to keep the timing under if we can! With D&K Pet Stays, your furry friends will receive just as much love as if you were home with them. Whatever rules you have set in your home, we will ensure to follow them as well. We aim to create an environment in your home, that even if you are not there, they are still comfortable and loved just as equally.
