Danielle recently went to check in on my dog as I was out of town. She noticed a box of rat trap poison on the floor of the garage. She called me and asked how many I had used. We realized three baits were missing. I called the poison control line and then the pet hospital on Carrillo Street. Danielle drove my dog there to have her stomach pumped. I was panicked because I was far away and Danielle remained calm through the whole thing. She took my dog in, waited and brought her back home. I got home later that night and my dog hopped around and greeted me. She was fine! I was so lucky to have Danielle there and her calm reaction helped to calm me. Her only question was why was the bait somewhere where the dog could get it? Very good question Danielle.
