Daniella is a sweetheart. She is very communicative and considerate. I would definitely use her again.

This sitter completely ghosted us last second, leaving us with no other plan for our dog. I will explain the full situation: I booked a doggy day care service with Danielle. When my boyfriend went to drop off our dog at the agreed-upon time on his way to work, he discovered the address she gave us did not exist. He called her repeatedly with no answer. He drove around the apartment complex for a long time looking for the address, and eventually had to leave. We now had absolutely no plan for our dog, my boyfriend was already late for work, and I was already on a plane traveling out of state. We were left with a very stressful and inconvenient situation. We did not hear back from Danielle until late in the afternoon, after we had contacted Rover's customer service and they had reached out to her. So presumably she only responded to us at all to save face with Rover. Rover refunded the money I spent, but they did not cancel the booking, meaning Danielle still got paid. She and other "sitters" may do this regularly on this app, basically making money from scamming people. I would NOT take the risk of using this sitter, who has shown herself to be irresponsible and unreliable, at best. It's a shame Rover doesn't hold her accountable for this behavior.
