I have had dogs my whole life, training them as puppies and caring for them as seniors. At one point I had 3 dogs at the same time, all that were adopted and cared for over 20 years. I have also taken care of friends and neighbors dogs over the years, all with a variety of breeds and sizes. I currently have one dog in the home named Orzo. He is a two year old 15# Minpin/Chihuahua mix and is very well socialized, loves other dogs and loves to play.

We had a great meet and greet with Dani! She was flexible in our timing and even took River on a little walk to get to know him. River had his first walk with Dani this past week. He seemed very happy and relaxed when we got home after a long day away! We're excited to book more walks with Dani!
Dani was wonderful with our pugs for a long stay over the holidays. She was consistently sending pictures and providing daily updates. Our dogs were well taken care of and happy!
Danielle took wonderful care of our pup while we were away. Great communication from beginning to end- she was great to work with. She’s also very thoughtful about different dogs’ personalities and needs. Highly recommend!
Dani went absolutely above and beyond in caring for our special needs pup, Avery, during a week-long vacation of ours. She kept in touch with us with updates about a recent health scare our pup had and helped us coordinate with our vet while we were in a different time zone. Her dog Orzo is the sweetest and he helped Avery feel at home during his stay. We would absolutely recommend Dani!

I have plenty of dog toys, treats and 2 size crates if your dog needs to be crated. Otherwise they are free to roam around the house. I do not have issue with dogs on the furniture or on the bed - or if they want to sleep on a dog bed nearby.

It would be important to know any special needs your dog has (senior needs or training protocols). I would like to be aware if your dog has any behavioral issues, such as separation anxiety (barking or chewing when their person is out) or any kind of aggression toward other dogs, people, or children.
A typical day
I take at least three walks a day and go on a couple hikes a week. I take breaks throughout the day to play and cuddle. I have lots of toys and treats. I live across the street from a park and a block from open space.
