BEWARE: I’m not even sure where to begin. I had a drop off scheduled from 3-4pm and on the day of my drop off, a few hours before 3, I receive this message “I’ll be home around 4pm.” No explanation as to why she cannot stick to our confirmed drop-off. And my drop off time was crucial because my husband and I had plans in Johns Creek (we were actually late to our event). Then when we finally do arrive around 4pm, we noticed that there was no fenced yard as described in her profile. Not only that but when we went inside her home to greet her, she did not even know my pet’s name (which makes me think that she just confirms stays without even checking the pet’s profile to become familiar with them). When we leave her house and head to Johns Creek, I noticed that a few hours went by without my husband and I receiving any updates. So I reached out to her and an hour later she responds (really, one hour later). Unfortunately this lack of communication continued throughout the duration of our stay. It got soo bad that my husband and I were worried something happened to our pet because we were receiving no response and or update. We had to contact the Rover emergency line to get a direct contact information for Danielle. We ended up having to end our plans a day earlier, drive back home at night, and wait to pickup our dog first thing in the morning (even though we had a scheduled pickup around 3pm). But at that point we longer trusted Danielle with our dog. Then when we arrive to pickup our dog, we were waiting for almost 30 minutes outside her house. I kept texting her both on her personal phone and through Rover. Finally she comes outside (apparently she overslept). When I arrive home and unpack my dog’s belongings I noticed that he is missing two of his favorite toys. So, long story short, please beware of this sitters profile. I’m not understanding where all the positive reviews came from…Book At Your Own Risk.

Danielle is amazing. It was our first time leaving our dog with someone and we are happy with the results. She is very caring and knows what she is doing. Our dog loved her stay and Danielle sent pictures and updates throughout the stay (10 days). We would reccomend using Danielle. We will be using her again in the future!
