Enthusiastic resident of Baltimore, Locust Point area. Growing up, my family had all sorts of animals from dogs to cats to birds, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, and more. So, I'm well versed in caring for animals. Though I do not have any pets of my own currently, I enjoy petsitting for others, specifically dogs. My boyfriend and I live in a large townhouse on a quiet street. We do not have a yard, but there is a park nearby and I love to get outside and walk, sometimes run. I work from home full time and am flexible for weekday drop-ins, boarding, etc. When caring for a dog, I typically provide a minimum of 3 good walks a day (morning, midday, and evening), sometimes more. Each walk lasts at least 20-25 minutes and can go up to 60-75 minutes based on a couple factors (weather, energy level of the dog, and if we're visiting the nearby dog park). Depending on the needs of the dog, there is often other shorter potty breaks in between the main walks. I try to spend as much time at home as possible during boarding bookings and remain consistent with owner rules (sleeping arrangements, treat schedules, no human food, etc.). Additionally, I keep a log of my activities and share daily during each booking.
