I adore dogs. I am also committed to your dog’s safety, especially on the streets of our fabulous and bustling NYC; I have lived here for 20 years. I am in between careers — a former attorney currently applying to medical school so am home full-time in a dog-friendly building. I am away from my apartment for a maximum of 2 hours at a time. I am a responsible, loving, former and current dog owner. I have had dogs since I am 8 years old. My last 4 dogs have been senior rescues — I am particularly fond of gentle, old souls. I am very knowledgeable about special needs and differently-abled pups as well as their care, including medicine administration, injections, and wheelies. I lost my 17 year-old Brussels Griffon, Bridgette, in March 2018 and adopted Madeleine, also a Brussels rescue, in March 2019. She is 6 years old and loves and welcomes other dogs in our home. Depending on your dog, we can walk and get lots of exercise or we can just hang out in my apartment and go for short walks. I know how nerve wracking it can be to find someone you trust to take care of a member of your family.
