Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Danielle, and I am a marine scientist living in Goleta. I have been dogsitting for most of my life, and have about four years experience using Rover to connect with local owners and their pups. Since I have a little extra flexibility with my schedule these days, I'm hoping to meet some new owners that are looking for pet care. I've been a dog lover since my family got our dog, Dakota, when I was little. I don't have a furry friend of my own just yet, so let me take care of yours! :) I would especially love to watch and walk your dog in the comfort of your own home and neighborhood, so your pet can feel comfortable in a familiar location while getting to play with a new friend!

We were gone longer than usual and it was such a relief to have Danielle watching our dog! He was happy even without us. She was great about taking pictures and sharing too!

A typical day
The dogs I sit for get walked or exercised twice per day (if desired). If you have a particularly active dog, I would be happy to take your pup out for a jog or hike.
