Pet care experience
*I am highly allergic to cats and golden retrievers. Unfortunately I am unable to care for these pets.* Currently, my husband, Eric and I have two smaller dogs, MJ and Zorro & one larger dog, Sweetie. We have cared for a senior (17yrs) Pom/Sheltie mix that had Chronic Renal Failure for the last year of his life. He was very well cared for with veterinary and natural home care. Your pets will always be well loved and treated as if they were one of our own. Aside from the care for my own pets, I have helped care for many of my family and friends’ animals throughout my life. I have cared for dogs, birds, fish and guinea pigs. 
I started offering pet care though Rover in 2015 in San Antonio, Texas and continued working in Cheyenne, Wyoming at F. E. Warren AFB 2017 through 2021. My husband is now stationed at Goodfellow AFB. When his schedule permits, as long as you are comfortable, he occasionally accompanies me on drop-in visits. I am currently full for weekday midday checks. However, I am available and have a flexible schedule for any extended trips or weekend getaways. Aside from doggy drop-in visits; I also substitute teach and work at election polling places. While visiting your pets, I will check and make sure potential hazards are secured away. I regularly walk the fence line of the yard to ensure there are no holes or broken fencing.

She went above and beyond with my doggies. Every time the dogs see her they get super happy and excited. She loves on them and follows all instructions. She even fixed my fence panels so dogs would be safe and put a bandaid on my dog when she got a soar on her belly. Makes me feel 100% relaxed during Vacay knowing she will take care of them. The picture updates she sends are a plus.
Excellent experience!! I was super nervous about rover. Danielle was so kind and walked us through what to expect, met with the fur babies and took the time to get our routine down and find the best way to make everything easy and ensure that everyone was happy!!

Does your pup get nervous around new people? How does your dog play/cuddle? Are there any health or behavioral issues that need to be addressed? Are vaccines up to date? What commands/phrases/methods do you use to reward or correct behaviour?
A typical day
I currently only offer drop-in visits but I hope to offer boarding and doggy day care in the near future. Drop-in visits can be as simple as a potty break during the work day to multiple drop-ins for extended vacations/trips. Drop-in visits can include a trip to your local park to break up the day. Extended drop-in visits are an hour instead of 30 minutes. Depending upon the needs of your pet, I make sure they have plenty of play, snuggles, food and water, and adequate time to potty. You will always receive updates and photos from each drop-in unless otherwise instructed. You can also see more of our furry friends and their adventures on Instagram dme.adventures.in.dogsitting Also, while in your home I can bring in mail and packages, water plants, roll trash cans to and from curb. This of course is at no extra charge to you! I always check the premises to maintain security especially during extended bookings.
