I always put others before myself
Pet care experience
I volunteer at an organization called Animal Aid, where they drive down to rural Georgia every 28 days and we rescue all the dogs that have no time to live, have been abandoned, abused and even shot. In order to care for dogs of all ages, it only comes with time and experience. I grew up with dogs in my family household and ever since I was 13, I have been dog sitting. When I was young and didn’t have my license, I would watch my neighbors dogs, the people around the block, etc. Now that I have full availability, I have watched 2 mastiffs at a home in west chester, PA. One of my moms friends has 3 chihuahua rescue dogs that I watch sometimes, and I have experience with every dog in between. Pit bulls, German shepards, collies, labs, I’ve watched them all! Dog sitting is what makes me happy because I know owners have a sense of security when they go away and their dog is taken care of in their own house. I am willing to walk your dog for up to 3 hours at a time! I would also come back later for a second walk if needed! I look forward to hearing from you!
Reviews
Danielle loves all dogs. She goes to Georgia twice a year to help rescue homeless dogs. She has two dogs of her own and is a great mother to them. Mark D.
Danielle is the biggest animal lover i know. She volunteers for an organization called Animal Aid USA a few times a year by driving to Georgia, rescuing 200+ dogs and driving them back to safe rescues up north. Danielle owns 2 dogs herself that have come from Georgia. All animals love Danielle

I have zero breed preferences. I’ve worked with dogs over 110 pounds and dogs less than 8 pounds!
A typical day
Typically I walk dogs for a long time! I know most if them love to sniff and take in all the smells. If there’s a park within 3 miles of their house, I will walk the dog there (as long as it is good with children and other dog). One thing that I’m sure to do when dog sitting/walking, is to always give them enough water after a walk and I make sure to take them out 15 minutes after our walk again so that they are less likely to have an accident.
