Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Danielle. I have always had pets, and my experience ranges from dogs and cats to fish and even hedgehogs! I love animals and aside from having my own dog and cat, I also work with a local rescue and regularly foster homeless animals. I am the person all of my friends and family call on when they need a pet sitter, and it's something I absolutely love to do. I offer services not only for dogs, but for all of your pets. I can care for cats, fish and other aquatic creatures, small caged mammals like hamsters and even rabbits, some reptiles (case by case basis), even hedgehogs and chinchillas! I am happy to follow all routines and protocols that you have established for your pet. If you have strict rules around food, treats, toys, enrichment, crating, etc, I will follow all instructions and ask any questions I may have to ensure I understand you and your pet's needs and desires. If I am house-sitting for you, we will discuss where you would like me to sleep, your expectations for the activities you would like your pet to engage in while you're gone, your expectations for your home, and my time commitment expectations. I am sure that in discussing our joint desires and expectations, we can come up with a plan that you feel comfortable and happy with.

I have fostered and pet sit all sorts of dogs, from tiny lap dogs to big guys, lazy and relaxed to high energy. I have experience with small puppies and older dogs as well. I would love for you to tell me all about your dog's needs and preferences.
A typical day
I love to take my own dog to all sorts of fun places, so rest assured your dog will get to see it all! I can take your dog just around the block, to the dog park, or to any nearby local place you'd like. I enjoy throwing toys around the backyard or just snuggling up on the couch as well!

Availability
I currently work a full time job Monday through Friday so do not generally offer pet-sitting services on weekdays. However, I am open to discussing pet sitting options during the week on a case-by-case basis. I am available for weekday walks and check-ins in the evenings for nearby clients. I would love to provide you with all the services you need while you're away, and all of the love and affection your sweet four-legged family member needs. I would love to meet you and your pets!
