She agreed to watch my puppy and I went to drop her off but she NEVER responded to my texts or calls when I got there. In fact, she never responded to my texts the day of drop off. I thought it was weird but she had said I could drop her off at ANY time that day. I knocked on her door and no answer. I waited for an hour and I called rover support to ask for help. They tried contacting her and instead of her at least apologizing and saying she had to cancel all she did was send a cancelation request and nothing more. Super disappointed, I almost had an anxiety attack because of her since I did not have time to wait on her and look for another sitter. It was my very first time using the app and what a horrible experience. Extremely irresponsible. Please don’t book with her she clearly doesn’t take it seriously and will leave you waiting outside without even caring to let you know she can’t make it after all to give you time to choose another sitter. Thankfully rover support found Porsha who took my puppy in super last minute and was a MUCH better location in my opinion, Danielle lives in a kind of shady area or at least that how her apartment looked. Very very disappointed in this sitter.
