The Glorified Pet Sitter ♡
Pet care experience
What makes a great pet sitter? Quality care, attention to detail, patience, good 'ol TLC, and being an *animal nurse*!! I have been applying these morals in the veterinary field, working my way up from an assistant to a technician (nurse), for 10 years - 5 of which were in an Emergency & Specialty hospital. Aside from work, I've always had a pet around since I was a kid. When your kiddos are under my care, not only will they be treated like family, but they will be treated like my patients. *best of both worlds* That being said, I am comfortable with complex care in regards to medication administration and special at-home treatments your Veterinarian may prescribe. (subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, or even pilling). EXPERIENCE: in a nutshell - Foster (6 total) - Animal shelter volunteer (1 year) - Part-time groomer (discontinued) - Veterinary Assistant (7 years) - ER/ICU Veterinary Nurse (3 years) - BLS/ALS*** Certified *** Basic Life Support / Advanced Life Support for CPR
Reviews
We were lucky to have Daniella to take care of our two pups while we were away for the weekend. They can be a handful but it was clear they were well taken care of the whole trip. She's the best.
My cat loved Daniella. She did a fantastic job of caring for him. I requested 2 visits per day and Daniella sent videos of each visit. He was excited to see her on each visit. She did the usual feeding and giving my cat Jimmy fresh water but also spent time petting and playing with him. Great job!
Daniella was great without animals. We had her house sit and watch our 1 dog and 3 cats. She was great with communication and pictures of our animals. When we got home the house was in great shape and everyone seems to very happy.
Daniella is a perfect example of a animal lover, exceptional care and i need 11 more words now 7 so yeah almost done okay bye.

Information Daniella M. would like to know about your pet
***Written consent for emergencies*** - Emergencies can happen at any given time. If you are unreachable, I will need a form of consent for your pet. This will be further discussed during meet-ups. Does your pet have any medical conditions, on any medications? How does your dog do with others? (strangers, other dogs, etc..) What schedule do you have for your dog? (times for feeding, water, walks, etc...) Any commands/tips/nicknames you have for your pet? I am thrilled to have a detailed cheat-sheet for your pet! The more information the better.
A typical day
All pets have their own personality, whether it's lounging around waiting for belly rubs or zooming around the house begging for someone to play with them. I am able to tend to their individual needs and adjust to what they want. The same principle applies to walks. Our geriatric pals might love a brisk walk, while our hyperactive ones might need a long, fast paced walk.
