Unfortunate start to our experience with Rover. Did not show up on time, no notice or follow up. Ended up having to cancel and make other arrangements.
Great communication and handoff! Very accommodating as well. Made sure to have all the info needed for my pet's care beforehand, and provided updates during the sitting. Recommend!
