Pet care experience
I’ve had/been around dogs all my life. Had a tough go with my previous 2 rescues but haven’t given up. Went all in with my little Scout. Completing puppy classes and an in home trainer to really help me understand how dogs work!!

I am very big on rules and correction with my pet. I have learned how to train both with treat motivated dogs and as well as treat less. I am very loving with my little pup but we have rules and it is important for him to know that he doesn’t need to be the leader of our pack!

What level of training you have achieved with your pup, your desired level. I am not going to try to train your dog, but I don’t want to break any rules you might have! If they aren’t super leashed trained, no worries! If they are leash trained to stay near you and they want to test the new human, that is good to know. I don’t want to reinforce any bad behavior.
A typical day
I love playing with and challenging the intellect of dogs. I love playing fetch and if they are good on leash on fun runs through the parks! I am new to the area so any recommendations on your favorite spots would be appreciated,

I am currently on a stateside deployment here to New Jersey and am looking to make some furry friends to help me cope with not being near my pup :)
