I am a dog lover, all dogs are unconditional lovers and positive spirited creatures and actually am a little saddened that they would ask the second portion of this question! I do not have a breed preference, and I certainly would advise you to stay away from those who do! I would like to know what brings the most joy to your dog and obviously any medical conditions or medicine regimen they are on in order to the aware of those conditions so I can pre-plan different activities that would not cause the dog any discomfort ( say if your dog has a bad back hip, I would know to not over walk him and be conscious of that condition while entertaining.) Just like humans, your dog may have a medication regimen in which I would like to know about prior to sitting so I would be able to set up a system so that I administer any medication during the normal time when they are at their own home). I would prefer to speak with you prior two sitting in just so I can become aware of things such as becoming anxious or scared over specific noises or whatever triggers a certain behavior so I can be sure to eliminate those triggers from occurring during their visit/stay.

I have a sincerely massive and open area directly outside of my home that has a peaceful walking path that is paved and stretches approximately 2.5 miles that has 3 large ponds, open acreage with maintained forestry, fields, and LOTS of stops for smell and sniffs! There are also a lot of interesting birds and ducks that make their way around the entire surrounding ponds that will most definitely give your dog a good curiosity side head nod of total fascination and interest just like my dog! I will be right by your dogs side and will keep him safe and very well entertained and happy both on our walks, in my home, or yours. I love taking walks through the local forest preserves, trails, and dog parks (I am a paying member of 4 different dog parks throughout the area **I only go to the dog parks when there are no other dogs there; just for both the safety of your and my own dog**) and other adventurous areas that are suitable and safe for dog walks. I will only go to the aforementioned areas after asking/receiving confirmation that you are ok and comfortable with me driving your dog a few miles in the car. *You're dog will be walked while leashed the entirety of the time while at these areas as I consciously would not feel comfortable letting them off the leash* Please know that I would totally understand and absolutely not be offended if you would rather me walk them in proximity of your or my home!
