Pet care experience
I have had a dog since I was 6 years old. I’ve always had a love for dogs. I am a nursing student at UTMB, and would love to wind down with a furry friend. I currently own a chihuahua, who loves K9 company as much as I do. We frequently go on walks and go to the open grassy areas down on the west end. We have plenty of dog treats and dog toys. I'm an avid runner for the high energy dogs out there. I will be sure to provide a euphoric and productive walk and/or run with your furry baby. I have no preferences for size, gender, or breed, but I would like to know the following information about your dog: compatibility with other dogs (so I can know to be on the lookout, timid dogs okay!), unique personality traits (If they don't like to be pet in a certain area, or hugged, or ran towards, etc, just to help me keep your dog as happy as possible), house training status (if not house trained that is fine!). I accept nearly all dogs.
A typical day
I enjoy taking hour-long walks 1-2 times a day. Dogs will take trips to the beach, dog parks, and around the neighborhood. The property I stay at has a dog park, and doggy bags scattered throughout the property; very doggy friendly!
