I’m Daniel and I love dogs! I was inspired to become a pet sitter by my girlfriend, who recognized my love and skill for the care of our furry friends, and suggested I channel that into becoming a sitter on Rover. I was also inspired by my own pups because I know how tough it has been finding a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate person to care for them. I currently have three pups of my own - Lobo, Luna, and Rocket. All three of my dogs are Siberian Huskies who I love dearly. Currently, Rocket is three months old so I’ve been working closely with him to reinforce good behavior. And as a dog dad to two more pups, I definitely understand the requirements of taking care of dogs and how important they are not only as a pet, but as a family member. I assure you that they will be in great hands, whether it's just a 30 minute walk, or week long stay! I’m always sure to follow your instructions to the dot. In addition to my personal experience with dogs, I’m also a professional dog walker and sitter. I’ve cared for pups big and small, young and old, and dogs with varying medical and behavioral issues. You and your pet will love my positive outlook and personality and the fact that I’ll be with your pup during the stay, spending time playing and cuddling. I’m also fond of doggy photo sessions, so you should suspect multiple photo and text updates so you know how much fun your dog is having. Lastly, no matter the weather, I’m down for adventures outside and long walks. I live in a two bedroom apartment in the Belmont Craigin neighborhood of Irving Park with my girlfriend Dania. Our neighborhood is very dog and family friendly and you and your pup will love the open space to play around as well as the safe and diverse environment we’re surrounded by! Dania has been such a great dog mom to Lobo, Luna, and Rocket and she’ll be around to help in the care of your pup, too. Our home has ample room for play and naps! We also have a fenced-in backyard where we can get our energy out, sunbathe, and have potty breaks! When I’m not pet sitting, I love watching sports, taking my dogs to the dog park, playing video games, and watching dog training videos! I’d be happy to bring your pup along on any of my adventures.
