Pet care experience
My fiance and I have had dogs since we were kids. We love to spoil our furry princess Kashi with lots of treats, fun activities and affection. We enjoy exploring MI by hiking the local trails, Mountain biking, and the occasional camping trip. Of course rest days where we mostly just chill are also essential. Kashi has lots of energy and loves to explore so we like to stay active. The 3 of us would love to add new pups to the crew for the next adventure! We are up for anything from a easy walk in the park to hitting the trails for a long hike!

Daniel and his sweet dog Kashi were a great match for us! He sent pics and videos daily and made us feel much better about the first visit. Definitely recommend!
Daniel has been super easy to communicate and plan with. We had a good meet and greet - Kashi was sweet and she and our dog quickly started playing. We then had a short visit and our dog had an easy time in the fenced in yard and seemed super comfortable there.
Daniel took great care of our dog Eleanor! He was helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Eleanor can be a rather skittish dog, and he was sensitive to that. Daniel has a (very cute) dog, Kashi, who is very well-suited to having other canine companions around. I highly recommend him!
Daniel was great. He kept me updated on a daily basis and went so far as to call the vet when some of our medications ran out during the stay.

Dogs are allowed on the couch. I can accommodate crate training but my dog is not crate trained. All dogs must be house trained and large dogs must be able to climb stairs. Dogs will sleep with us in our bedroom but they must have their own bed.

We accept all types of pups! Meet and Greets are required for all dogs. The base rate does not apply for dogs who may need extra care. Extra care rates will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us for additional information or to discuss in detail
A typical day
On a typical day we will relax while I get some work done at home and then it's off to burn some energy! Depending on how much time I have that can either be fetch in the park or hitting the trails for a lunch time hike. In the afternoon it's back to work for a few hours and then dinner followed by some TV.

On weekdays I work from home so my schedule is very flexible. The dogs are not left unattended for long. Weekends can be tricky since we do like to travel. Advance notice is needed.
