Pet care experience
I have loved dogs ever since I was a kid and enjoyed spending time with my 1st dog which was a chihuahua. Although it wasn't originally my decision to get him, I found myself being the main caretaker and making sure he was be taken care of (walks, cleaning, feeding and training). When I moved to SoCal from the bay area I got my own larger dog and have been loving her (Starry) ever since. I feel like I can notice when a dog needs something and will be attentive to their cues and make sure they can be loved and taken care of.

Daniel was very kind to our over-active bloodhound and took care of him well. Since this was our first time using Rover, I appreciated that he immediately offered a meet-and-greet without my prompting. He accommodated or schedule and was flexible when I made a mistake in our timing for this first meeting. For our needs, Daniel worked out very well. Thank you Daniel!
Daniel is very loving with his dog Star and is such a joy to see him be so excited and caring for her. I have my own Chihuahua named Junior and everytime he is over he is so gentle and always paying attention to my dog. Junior is definitely pretty old and he makes sure to not overly play with him. I believe he would be a great dog sitter.

I work full-time but am working from home so I have a good flexibility in what I can do. Drop-ins for a few minutes to help with taking care of a dog is well within my capabilities. I can work around my meetings in order to care for your dog if they need walks.
