Daniel is receptive to feedback and provided acceptable care for our cats by keeping them fed, watered, and cleaning their litter box. However, we were disappointed with some aspects of the drop-ins throughout that boiled down to mindfulness and attention to detail that we had higher expectations for during the visits. Most relevantly, Daniel did not provide a summary of his visit the first time. I did let him know during our meet and greet that it was really important to us that we know how our cats are doing and that he gets eyes on them both as they tend to hide and we wanted to confirm their wellbeing. In our care instructions, I had asked him if he did not find one of our cats to contact me, and he did not. Additionally, I had asked him in the care instructions to dispose of litter in the trash compactor in front of our building, but he threw it away in our trashcan instead. When I had given him the feedback and asked him to take our trash out on the last visit, he was receptive and adjusted accordingly which we were very appreciative of!
