I’ve grown cats and dogs my whole life. Most cats warm up to me very fast and sometimes it’s immediate. I take care of our rescue cat and our 17 year old dog. My dog, Berta needs extra special care and we provide everything she needs. I love walking dogs too! Their safety and making sure they are having fun in a safe environment is my priority. I am transitioning out of my previous career in operations/distribution to take care of pets on Rover! We are so happy taking care of animals and cats are my specialty! I have a room to board 1-2 cats in with plenty of toys. My balcony is screened so they have a space to sit outside and watch birds. My goal is to provide every animal with everything they need to be happy and comfortable.You’re more than welcome to visit the space prior to booking. I love animals and it’s been my dream to work with cats and dogs. I’m ready to dive into this full time and with my full attention. I care for our 17 year old dog and 3 year old cat so I’m used to all sorts of animal messes! I pay a lot of attention to detail and notice differences and behavior and activities. Berta, our 17 year old dog, which requires attention and noticing subtle changes in her. I will do the same for your pets and treat them like our own.

Daniel is my boyfriend and business partner. We have a 17yo dog and a 3yo cat, in addition to tween and teenager humans. First of all, Daniel's mom has 4 cats and a dog who run the house. This is how Daniel grew up: cat bro. He loves making up games with our active teenage boy cat. We adopted a sickly cat thinking the cat would be shy, and hide, and leave the dog alone. Jack the cat put on some weight he became a social and active little guy, who we have taught to play respectfully with the dog. Daniel has filled our home with cat trees, tents, scratchers and tunnels to keep Jack busy. They play catch and shadow monsters in the evenings. Jack also plays with the dog toys and took over the dog sofa. Daniel is great. He loves animals. He has found his bliss taking care of cats. He is the sweetest caretaker to the old puppy I've had since high school. He carries her outside to the lawn multiple times a day. When we lived in SF, he carried my dog up and down three flights of Edwardian stairs 3 to 5x a day! He gives her pillows, makes sure she always gets her CBD, and always lets me know when something is off. I can't imagine a better partner to take care of animals with.

My apartment is in central Martinez so there are lots of parks to walk in and trails to hike. I provide a variety of toys for dogs to chase and play with. Lots of entertainment and exercise will be provided as we love dogs and cats.
