Hi there! I'm Danica and I'm a one-woman show!! I am a professional pet sitter and dog walker. It's so important to me that your pets are taken care of how YOU take care of them. This is not only my business, but my PASSION. Kennels are loud and stressful for your pet, sometimes being taken care of by multiple strangers a day! I reduce that by coming to your home and truly bonding with them. I completely love your pet as much as you do. I've handled everything from dogs and cats to bunnies and bearded dragons. I've also handled a variety of animals in every stage of life young to senior, special needs, and medication administration. With over 10 years of experience, I am fully bonded insured and will soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. Reach out today to set up a free meet and greet to see if I'm a good fit for your family. I realize how hard it can be to find great pet sitters and dog walkers in certain areas of Galveston. My service area is normally 8 miles. I will service up to 16 miles for an additional $5 per mile per visit. Off the island can be very tricky and time consuming due to traffic and construction, I charge an extra $15 for anything off the island plus $5 per mile past the 8 mile radius from my home per visit.

Danica did a great job with our cats! We are first-time Rover users so we set up a meet and greet with Danica before our trip and felt instantly at ease. She sent us pictures and videos of them having play time after feeding, it was perfect. I’m so much happier leaving them in our comfortable home than boarding them elsewhere. We will definitely request her services again!

A typical day
We live in a very hot area. If I’m scheduled for a 30 minute walk, I will bring your dog back early if I see signs of being too hot and provide inside play. Safety is always my first priority.

Availability
I work a job 8-5 Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. So I can visit or walk before and after with limited lunch availability. I have open availability Saturdays and Sundays.
