Pet care experience
I am a stay-at-home lawyer. Therefore, I’m available to give frequent potty breaks, and I take regular play-breaks every other hour. As a professional and a dog owner myself, I understand the need for a flexible schedule, and that work can keep you in the office from the early morning hours until late at night. I accommodate that schedule as your sitter. I do not have a yard; however, there are two parks feet away from my apartment that I bring my Great Dane puppy, Dolly Parton, to everyday for exercise. I have extensive experience with all kinds of animals. I grew up around cows, chickens, cats, rabbits, you name it!

My preference is for dogs with low prey drives because I have cats. They’re shut-up in a dog-free area, but accidents can happen. I am comfortable with low and medium energy dogs. I recommend a daycare with multiple dogs for high energy breeds. I require that all dogs over 30 pounds have a harness. This is for mine and your dog’s safety. It gives me much better control if an encounter with another animal goes wrong or if your dog pulls the leash. I want to keep your dog safe! If your dog is staying with me overnight, they must be crate trained.
A typical day
Every morning, we will go for a walk at 7:30 before coming home for breakfast. Then, we will play and have a training session. After that, it’s nap time before our bathroom breaks and some play time. At 5, we go for a walk to a nearby dog park to play for an hour before coming home for dinner.

Availability
I’m a lawyer; however, I work from home. With a young puppy, my home is filled to the brim with treats and toys. I bring the dogs out every 2 hours to minimize accidents, and ensure they get adequate attention.
