Beware of cancellation policy! I booked a 3 night stay for my dogs with Dani. Upon dropping them off, she tells me she is technically not allowed to have pit bulls at her complex and will have to be careful (one of my dogs is a pit bull) and she also made the comment her husband doesn’t like dogs but the pay is good so he lets her dog sit. I was nervous to leave them there after that, but decided to give her a shot anyway. After not receiving any updates the first night, I messaged in the morning to ask how it was going and did not receive a reply for 2 hours. I decided to cancel my trip and pick up the dogs after just 1 night. I still was not going to leave a review. But then I asked if she could modify the trip for me to 1 night. There is a $70 cancelation fee PLUS another nights stay charge. I paid $220 total and got a $31 refund….I paid $189 for her to watch my dogs 15 hours.

Dani is very responsive to all communications prior and during the time Nikki stayed with her. She was available for late drop off and flexible with pick up time. Pictures were sent and updates throughout the week. Will definitely use her again when we travel and dogs are not permitted.
