🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 *Please note that I live in a rural area, I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed.

Dani is very easy to talk to! She definitely has a heart for animals! Our Oakley instantly took a liking to her and that says a lot! There’s no doubt we will book again!
Dani took incredible care of our dogs during a last minute emergency. Dani provided us with regular updates, photos, and videos. Our dogs were relaxed and comfortable when we returned home and acted as if we had never left. Would book again without hesitation.
We couldn't have asked for better place for our dog when we were away. Normally it's hard not to worry, but it was obvious in the first pictures and messages that our girl was very happy and safe with Dani and family. 100% recommend!
I highly recommend Dani to care for your pets! Our babies had never been away from home and I was super nervous. Dani immediately made me feel at ease with her knowledge and kind gentle spirit. I received pictures and videos everyday of all their fun activities. Hiking, swimming and just being loved!! 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. However, 2-3 Days a week I am in downtown Augusta- these days are flexible. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. My boyfriend is also very helpful with the dogs- if they are up for it, he will take them jogging every night.

A typical day
Frequent activities: Hiking, swimming, jogging. I do a tick-check every night, and cuddles/ downtime. I will take your dog on a long walk and take lots of photos for you. I believe a well-exercised dog is a happy dog.

🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day.
