Dani is great. She’s helped us out a few times and each time our fur babies are happy and healthy. 100% recommended.

I booked Dani based on the wonderful reviews, particularly good communication. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. The meet and greet was great but during the two night house/petsitting communication was minimal. She sent pictures but I would have to prompt for any further info. On the last day we some confusion on the time of the last walk which prompted me to ask how long my dog's last walk was. She said she wasn't sure. I looked at my exterior security camera and it was only 3 minutes then 5 more minutes in the yard. I then looked back to see the length of the other walks. One was 10 minutes and all the others were 4-6 minutes. She said I was not specific enough in my instructions, however, I had booked Dani for midday walks and she was aware that my dog is usually walked at least once a day for 30 minutes. My dog is 9 and does not take care of all her business in 4 - 6 minutes. I appreciate being conscious of midday heat but she didn't even get a good walk in the mornings when it was cool. When I raised this with her, her response was defensive about being watch on a security camera without her knowledge. In the meet and greet I did make sure aware of the cameras and even showed her footage of a recent bobcat sighting. She said she also felt that I had preconceived ideas of a sitting. I've used pet sitters for over 15 years and this is all standard stuff. I hope this feedback is helpful for future sittings.
