*** NEW CLIENTS A MEET AND GREET IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY RESERVATION CAN BE ACCEPTED*** My dogs are my family and they are treated that way! Tons of love, care and cuddles. Every night they go to bed tired from all the excitement throughout the day. Day usually starts with going outside to potty and some like to go back to sleep which is fine. Then the pups get a good brush down, teeth brushed, nails checked, if they need trimming, they get trimmed, ears checked and cleaned. Then it's on to outside play time. Different activities for different levels of activity, from a vigorous game of fetch, with either different balls or Frisbee, to hide and seek! Some like to just lay out and sun bathe and we have outside doggie cots for that. Rainy days means indoor activities. We can get really creative with what we do, but they always have a good time. Usually in the late afternoon/evening time, we do training sessions. I've learned that dogs tend to be able to pay more attention when they have expelled some energy beforehand. Just basic training, sit, stay, down, come. Then we also work on manners, like waiting for the humans to go outside first while they wait at the door until we give the okay. Special occasions, we can go for a nice nature walk through the woods. At night, we may just relax on the front porch and watch the stars come out. Bed time, our dogs have big comfy beds and crates, but mostly they just love to sleep curled up next to us on the beds. Dani is a God send. We were scheduled to go on cruise. Our dog had a bowel obstruction and ended up very sick and an inpatient at the Vet office. Dani took this all in stride. She picked up Cooper when he was well enough to leave. Dani took special care of Cooper to help him heal. It was a very difficult situation, that Dani helped us through.
Ernie had a blast at Dani’s home! She played, went on hikes and said hello to Dani’s livestock. I would send her back in a heartbeat!
Dani was great keeping me up to date and sending pictures of Popi while I was gone. I loved seeing all of the adventures they went on, and she truly kept Popi busy! Popi has been pooped since she got home which means she had a great time.
This was Emmie’s second time staying with Dani. We messaged Dani first to make sure she was even available before finalizing our plans because she is the only one we trust with our wild and active pup! The drive from our house to drop Emmie off is an hour and we would drive double if we had to! As always, Dani kept me updated all along the way with pictures and videos of Emmie having the time of her life! I had no worries and enjoyed my vacation as much as Emmie enjoyed hers!

I have a large fenced in yard. Dogs are always supervised inside and outside of the house. Safety is one of my main concerns with my animals, that and their happiness!

-Dogs must like other dogs. -Even though we do have a lot of activities for dogs to do while they are here, we don’t force any of them to participate if they don’t want to. -Dogs must be housebroken, meaning no pee pads in the house, they know they go outside for bathroom breaks - Your dog must know it’s name and come when called! If not, PLEASE let us know ASAP, as we can work on this while they stay here. We take most dogs swimming and hiking off leash around our property but we do have long lead lines that we will use for your dog. We still need them to have a good recall in case they see something they want to chase! We know dogs and prey drives as we have a few with high drives. We like to tailor your dogs stay with their activity levels and knowledge of basic commands. This makes for a happy and safe stay here on the farm! - This is a farm with other animals on the property. We usually take the dogs to see them, some have never experienced other animals some have. If you do not want your dog exposed to the other farm animals, please let me know ahead of their stay.
A typical day
We live on over 100 acres of land. We have trails through the entire property, through the woods and around the big fields! We also have a pond. Dogs who like the water may love to water retrieve or just have a relaxing swim in the water. Coming soon will be a dock so pups that like to dock dive or maybe would like to try it, can!! We have an agility course to physically challenge and exercise your pups, this will also be added to with even more obstacles!

Availability
Pet care is my daily routine. From sun up to sun down, almost everything I do involves the animals in some way. From hikes around the farm to tending to the other farm animals, the dogs are with me helping or supervising, as some like to do.
