Dana did a great job with Pepper! We will definitely use her again!

We did not have a great experience. I feel guilty leaving a bad review, because Dana was very nice, but I think others should know. Dana lost our dog Fluffy while she was in her care. While I was in New Zealand, I received a phone call from a neighbor who found her, and called me because my phone number was on her tag. I gave the neighbor her address, and he returned Fluffy. Meanwhile I messaged Dana and then called her when I didn’t get a response. She did not even realize Fluffy was missing. And then she mentioned she had lost another dog before, too. The neighbor mentioned that as well. Dana also was not at the house when we went to drop Fluffy off at the start of our trip. We called and messaged repeatedly without a response, so my husband waited for about 45 minutes before someone else who lived at the home showed up. She was very apologetic when she called later, but overall it made us feel apprehensive, and we would not use her again.
