Hello! My name's Dana, and I'm a proud animal lover and caretaker! I've been caring for pets most of my life and I’ve been a professional pet walker and sitter for the past 7 years. I have a long history of volunteer work at ACCT Philly, where I socialized and walked shelter dogs of all different sizes and temperament, as well as socializing and caring for cats from newborn to senior. When I was in college in Boston, walking and caring for dogs was my main income, and besides being a student, is how I spent all my time! I adore your dog as much as you do. I will go above and beyond to make you feel that your furry friend is well cared for! I have transportation to get myself to wherever in the area you may be, and I’m happy to accommodate whatever specific requests you may have for making my time with your furry friend as perfect as possible!

Dana was amazing!! We needed someone somewhat quickly over the Christmas holiday. We met with Dana and knew right away she was the right person to watch our little guy. She was very communicative and sent us pictures and updates everyday. Our house was also in great condition when we got home. We will definitely be booking Dana again!!

Dana is one of Rover’s best!! Couldn’t say enough great things about her. She was so good with our two terriers, including our little guy who can be nervous around new people. She was able to make him feel comfortable immediately! Our older dog requires daily medication and she was able to handle that successfully too. We felt very comfortable having Dana stay in our home with the dogs — she is super communicative, responsible, flexible, and has such a calming presence. We will definitely be booking her again!

A typical day
I love cuddle time just as much as play time, and I’m a firm believer that even big dogs deserve to be lap dogs if they want! When we’re not snuggling, we’ll be playing in the park or playing tug of war in the living room. I’ve got a pretty strong arm!
