Hi, my name is Dana. I have loved caring for dogs ever since I adopted two dogs 14 years ago. They were a big part of my life and lifestyle. Now it is just my husband, Leif, and our two daughters, 6 and 7 years old. I'm a stay-at-home mom that is used to having a fury friend to also take care of and give lots of attention to. I enjoy continuing that routine by helping you care for your pet. I've been dog sitting on Rover for over 3 years. Your pup will be treated like family and be included in most all of our daily activities and get walked regularly. Our home is set up for all size breeds and we have a very dog friendly lifestyle. My late fur baby, Athena, was a big malamute hybrid so we are very comfortable with large breeds, and are very respectful of training practices. We have a large doggy door that leads to our spacious shaded/treed fenced in backyard. I live on Anastasia Island where it is easy walking and not too far to the dog park or the beach. My schedule is usually very flexible. You can expect good communication and frequent updates about your pet. I look forward to making new fur friends!
