Pet care experience
Since I was very young, I've had an affinity for dogs. I've enjoyed playing with them cuddling with them, and even talking with them. I have been called a dog-whisperer in the past. I don't know about all that but we always seem to get along! Oftentimes I feel more connected with dogs than with people! I've always found myself working with animals- pet sitting, volunteering at the humane society, and currently I'm a vet-tech!

Dan made sure he knew exactly what my dogs needed, not only regular food and vitamins etc., but care for my Jack Russell with a torn ACL. I came home to happy dogs, a tidy house no worse for wear, moreover the doggy surgeon today gave me a good report on the little guy's leg, which means Dan's care was as careful as my own. I highly recommend and trust Dan as an in- home caregiver. I really appreciate that he stopped in to meet the dogs the day before he took charge of them.
Dan is reliable, responsible and above all will love your pets as if they were his own. I have a high energy dog with separation anxiety who is on a specific feeding schedule, a cat who is on a special diet with meds mixed in and a turtle. Dan took great care of them, followed all of the instructions (which were very long), and was happy to do so. He sent me picture updates on a regular basis, and my pets were so obviously well cared for. For me, finding a pet sitter is hard. My pets are my kids, and they are a bit special needs. I'd trust this guy to take care of my fur kids, and my house, on any occasion. I highly recommend him!

A typical day
All dogs have fun in different ways. I love exploring nature areas or playing fetch in an open field. Not all dogs are into that so I'm just as happy with some light tug-of-war or simply cuddling. (Almost) all dogs love walks so I'd be sure to make that a priority several times a day!
