Pet care experience
I’ve been pet sitting for about 5 years now, and what sets me apart from any other dog / cat sitter, is that I love every second of this job. When I am given the opportunity to care for a dog or cat, I spend multiple hours more than what is required of me with the pet, and that’s what I prefer. I am known by my friends and family to be very good with animals, because I get along with ever cat and dog I’ve met. The reason for this is because I respect them and give them their space, but will also give them all the love and attention they need / want. If you make the good decision to hire me, I promise you, I will take very good care of your pet(s), and I’ll love doing it.

In past jobs, I have visited in the morning, lunch, dinner, evening. When ever I come over, I spend a minimum of 2 hours with the pets before leaving. I have also spent nights previously, and I am willing to do that again.

What information is important to know about a dog ahead of time? Some information I would appreciate knowing before I start sitting the dog is the following: - Is the dog hard to control during walks? - This will help me decide wether to walk the dog, or just play with the dog outside. - If the owner has more than one dog I will walk them individually. - What is the dogs relationship with food? - If the dog is food aggressive I will feed the dog separately from the other dogs to avoid problems. - If the dog normally doesn’t eat their food right away I know that I have nothing to worry about when this happens.
A typical day
What fun activities will you do with the dogs you watch? Some fun activities I like do with dogs are going to local parks to go on walks, if that’s ok with the owner, play with them, and relax with them. Do you have special places you like to go on walks?

Availability
I am currently a full time college student, so I won’t be available during the school year with some exceptions. I will be available to pet-sit from thanksgiving all the way to December 20th, and I am also available to pet-sit during my summer break. That break is from May 20th through August 5th. If the dates you are looking for go over when I am available, please still reach out, I would love to figure it out with you!
