Pet care experience
Leanne and I are full-time RVers, travelling the country in a renovated 1974 Airstream with our two dogs Luna and Bailey. Luna is a fairly laid-back 8-year-old mix who enjoys exploring and lounging in the sun. Bailey is a 2-year-old coonhound, who needs lots of exercise to burn off her energy. My other work is remote, internet-based, and flexible, so I can hang out with your pups all day if that's what you need. Please be sure to let me know if you have any special training routines. We train our dogs to sit and wait before going out the door, sit before crossing the street, and sit for approaching cars. I'm happy to reinforce any routines you have while I'm caring for your dog. If your dog needs some exercise, I'm happy to run with them. I'm especially fond of trail running and hiking, so be sure to let me know if there's a trail nearby that your dog enjoys. If you need longer-term care and have somewhere we can park our Airstream, we can set up on your property so your dog can have lots of company. We've done this for farm-sitting in Kentucky (12 dogs, two dozen chickens, two horses, six goats, six sheep, and a fish), and we'll be doing it again in September on an alpaca farm in PA.

Dan and Leanne did a great job of taking care of my entire farm for three weeks last fall while I explored Italy. There were two packs of a total of twelve dogs to care for and give plenty of exercise and love. They also cared for all the poultry, sheep, goats and horses - excellent job and care! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing animal care.
Dan was fantastic when he watched our dog Steve while my wife and I were out of town. Dan was very communicative, making sure to send photos, and keep us updated on the status of our "kid." Steve had a great time, and it was obvious that Dan cared about my dog as much as his own. I would quickly recommend him as a pet sitter to anyone who needed one.
