Pet care experience
I am a dog mom myself and I love my dogs like they are my children. I know leaving your dogs with anyone requires a lot of trust, so know that if I take care of your baby I will treat them like my own. My dogs are 2 small (less than 20 lbs) Pomeranian- Maltese mixes, but I have experience caring for larger dogs. My dogs are not aggressive and play well with others once they get a chance to sniff each other. I also have 2 cats, male and female, who are indoor & outdoor cats. They get along well with dogs so long as the dogs are friendly. All are very friendly & not aggressive. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have a private back yard with a small area of grass for the dogs to do their business, your pet will be very safe in our home. They do not have access on their own outside but I make sure to take them out every 2-4 hours.

Given that I have 2 elderly dogs with some heart issues, it is important that any dog I sit plays well with small elderly dogs.
A typical day
I work from home Monday through Friday, so I take ocasional breaks to pet and play with the dogs. I like to encourage them to go out and sun bathe or play in the sun, so I’ll go out with them when time permits. Usually I wait until about 6 or 7 to walk the dogs since the sun has gone down by then & it’s not too hot.

Availability
I work from home 90% of the time so the dogs are always in the care of an adult. I make it an effort to not leave my pets home more than 4 hours at a time.
