Pet care experience
Jamie & Dale are a retired couple who have had dogs and cats all their lives and have been professional pet sitters in the Del Mar, Carmel Valley and La Jolla area since 2014 and we love it. We have repeat customers that trust us to do the right thing with their loved ones. We love playing with the animals and treating them like our own. We have some experience with special-needs dogs. Because we work as a team, we can always be available and on time to watch and/or walk your pets. Includes overnight, walking and feeding, etc. We pride ourselves in providing the specific care and detail that owners request to fulfill their pets needs and we can provide daily text updates to owners while they're away. We want to put owners mind's at ease knowing we will do exactly what they need for their pets.

A typical day
First, we'll always follow the owner's instructions about the activities the pet is capable of. Older dogs obviously can't endure the distance a younger one can. In our area we have two favorite places to walk: Mast Park and the neighborhood that skirts Santee Lakes. If there are parks or favorite spots nearer to you, we would use those. But there's nothing wrong with a safe neighborhood walk; using the sidewalks and being a good neighbor by picking up the waste. Playing catch and tug of war is always fun.
