Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Dakota! I have grown up my entire life surrounded by animals, specifically cats and dogs, but pigs and cows too! I’m a huge animal lover and have been since I got my first dog, Bandit. I have experience house sitting a chocolate lab, bulldog, and boxer/English bulldog mix. I also was a regular volunteer for the humane society animal shelter in my previous college town. I walked dogs ranging from a bull mastiff (who I was told weighed 200 pounds!) to a chihuahua. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I care for all breeds of dogs and no dogs are too big or too small for me. I guarantee I’ll become your dog’s best friend and they’ll become mine!

He played with my babies and kept them happy while we were away. My home was just as I left it when we returned. My babies were happy, fed and exhausted from the playtime. Thank you Dakota!
Dakota has been a lover of dogs ever since he was a little guy. There is a difference between loving a dog and truly loving a dog. Dakota truly loves dogs. As far back as I can remember Dakota has always had a dog on his side. He has always wanted a dog to not just play with but to care for and love. He has always wanted the dog that most people will shy away from. If Dakota gets hired in this position any dog assigned to him would be the luckiest and most loved dog there is. You won't be disappointmented and neither will the dog and their owner.
Dakota is a natural with pets. He has a big heart and wants the best for any animal that is in his care. He is very knowledgable about pets and their needs. He has taken the best care possible of any pets we have left in his care. Taking the time to play and interact with them and love them with all his heart!
Dakota would be a wonderful dog sitter. He goes above and beyond when it come to taking care of others dogs. Dakota spent the night with my dog when I wasn’t home one weekend, because my dog was feeling lonely. He makes sure that they are fed, have water, picks up any poop, and loves them. He takes them on walks and will stay and play with them. He would make a great dog sitter.

A typical day
I love going on walks, especially with a dog! I’m very active and miss my own dog back home so you can bet that I will keep your good boy busy! I usually will just go on walks throughout the neighborhood but am open to suggestions to a park they may love!

I’m currently attending school full-time, but do not have a job outside of that. My school schedule varies but I am off by 2:15 at the latest!
