Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Daina. Our kids love animals and would like to own a pet, but we don't want the long term commitment! Rover has been a wonderful experience for us to enjoy a variety of dogs. This provides our kids with an opportunity to learn responsibility and earn money. Our kids keep an updated "Dog Hall of Fame" board in our home with pictures of all the dogs we have watched! Because we only accept one dog at a time, your dog is guaranteed to receive personal attention during the entire stay. We have a large home and fenced back yard where your dog will enjoy roaming or snoozing. We have willing kids to cuddle, brush, play with and walk your pet. Please consider us for watching your pet!

Excellent care for my dog who is anxious about staying apart from her owner overnight. The dog returned tail-wagging happy and did not follow me around anxiously, as she often does after an overnight away. I would highly recommend Daina.

We don't have any pets and we schedule only one dog stay at a time. We ensure that your dog will be fed, let outside to run around, bask in the sun, and go for walks. Giving medications to your pet is not a problem. We feed dogs on schedule and walk them in the morning and evening. We have also been able to teach a few dogs some new tricks! Be assured your dog will get plenty of attention!

A typical day
We have a nice shady neighborhood that's great for walking. We can take dogs to the dog park or play in our fenced back yard. I also run and I'm willing to run with dogs.

Availability
In general, on weekdays, we are available to let your dog out for potty breaks about every 4 hours . On weekends, we can let your dog out every 2-4 hrs. We are available to walk your dog in the mornings and evenings. If your dog has high anxiety, we probably aren't going to be a good fit. If you are interested in scheduling a trial one night stay to test it out, let me know.
