I received regular updates on my dog. She was flexible with pick up/drop off. My dog had a fluke stomach issue his first night and she handled it with a lot of grace and made sure to update me on his well being. I definitely recommend!

Be careful if booking with Dahlia. She offered to pick my dog up which was awfully kind but I wanted to make sure I saw where my dog was staying. She also offered to complete payment privately and not through the app which I also declined. She was very responsive until the day my dogs stay was to begin. She did not answer my calls or texts the morning that I was going to drop my dog off. I drove to the address listed on her profile and a man was outside who said he was Dahlia’s boyfriend’s father. He said Dahlia does not live there, she lives on the other side of town. I immediately called Rover and was refunded the money but was told not to cancel the booking so that I could leave a review. I had to find a solution to my dog being taken care of for the weekend an hour before I was supposed to be at the airport. Dahlia has not reached out to explain what happened so this is where the story ends. I don’t know why her address on file is not her actual address and I do not know where my dog would have actually stayed if I let her pick her up. I think everyone deserves a second chance but want anyone considering booking with Dahlia to beware of her behavior.
